Cà del Modena B&B is in a traditional Venetian house, fully renovated and restored to air conditioning. During this renovation, some beautiful eighteenth century wall paintings (affreschi) were discovered under the several lays of paint. The actual owner restored and brought them back to their splendour for her guests' pleasure.
The floor is partly Venetian style and partly wood parquet. Beautiful cornices all hand made by Venetian artisans have enhanced the exquisite decorations of the walls.
The location is one the best ever in Venice, very close to the Rialto Bridge and the market.
The three bedrooms each with a private bathroom (bath or shower) and television have been delicately decorated in perfect Venetian style with antique curtains and Murano chandeliers. The private bathrooms have been completely restructured with all comforts including hair-dryers in order to meet the needs of the most demanding guests.
